Joiful Yoga is a yoga and meditation studio in Sandy Springs, Georgia. We host classes in Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Yin and more. In addition to yoga and meditation, we host a wide variety of other types of classes and workshops and social events. We are big on community and connection and seek ways to foster that spirit within ourselves and in our community.
